About Me

A word on art and "being" an artist:

I am not exaggerating when I say it has been my lifelong dream to become an artist. I loved creative projects as a kid and always imagined myself becoming an artist one day.

Now I know that "being" an artist is not some goal for the distant future; I was already an artist when I wrote this in the 5th grade. I am an artist whenever I pick up my pencil to draw, or my brush to paint. I am an artist whenever I create and whenever I do not.

I try to incorporate my passions and the world around me in everything I create.

I believe that creating art is not just an action—it is also a way of thinking. It is growth and transformation.
